April 15, 2012:   Mug handcrafted by beloved
friend Firuse Stalcup (although no painting
could ever come close to the beauty of her
specially formulated glazes).

Rejoicing at Firuse's return from a very long
trip to the other side of the world, I wanted
to do something in honor of her homecoming.

We have several of her mugs, so I pulled my
personal fave from the cupboard and headed
to our local coffee house for a dairy-free treat.
