April 4, 2012:   I drink a lot of water
throughout the day.

This morning, I poured it into a special glass
in celebration of the "60 Paintings in 60 Days
Adventure" halfway mark.

The process of creating -- whether painting,
writing, dancing, cooking, gardening, being
your fullest self, caring for someone who is ill
or manifesting a peaceful co-existence -- is
mostly done alone.

Often, we 'do what we do' without
acknowledgment or notice.

Today, I toast the other 26 artists who
journey with me in this process; and, all
of you, beloved family and friends, who fill
me with encouragement each day.

Thank you...with deepest gratitude!

My answer to the proverbial question on
perspective -- 'is the glass half empty
or half full?' -- will always be "Half Full".
