March 28, 2012:   Folklore abounds with
stories about Green Man, representing
Rebirth and Spring in the mythology of many
ancient cultures; his face, emerging from
dense vegetation and foliage.

Everywhere I look, trees are bursting with
new leaves; irises and daffodils pushing their
way to the light; Swiss Chard, parsley and
other sleeping goodies have been
awakened in our garden.

Perhaps it was the passing sunlight caressing
the stone tile of 'Green Man' we have in our
living room...but, I could have sworn
he *winked* at me today.
